The relationship between creativity, self-care, and well-being is multidimensional and interconnected.

We teamed up with Dr. Ami Kunimura, Ph.D., MT-BC and Founder of The Self-Care Institute. Ami holds a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine and is a board-certified music therapist.

Together, we’ve create a multi-sensory experience that brings together music, art, and mind-body practices for well-being.

Research shows that creativity helps to relieve stress, support resilience, and promote individual well-being and community health. Creativity also helps us to solve problems, generate innovative ideas, and connect with ourselves and each other.

Self-care is essential for burnout prevention, stress management, and resilience. The compassion we give to ourselves supports our ability to be compassionate and effective in our professional and personal lives.

This creative experience focuses on the higher purposes of creativity and self-care, where self-care is more than just about relaxation and leisure, and creativity is more than just about art and having fun. The powerful combination of creativity and self-care offers a transformative and compassionate experience for both the individual and the collective.

We balance fluid and improvisational creative practices with research-based self-care practices. Participants will leave this engaging creative experience with a greater connection to their creative drives and take with them practical self-care tools that can be used daily to support well-being, peace, success, and fulfillment.
